The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Medicine was established as a structural unit of the Educational and Scientific Institute "European Medical School" according to the Rector's Order No. 18-K/tr dated April 8, 2024.
The department is a key scientific, educational, and medical center that integrates international collaboration, teaching, research, and clinical activities aimed at preserving and improving women's reproductive health.
Mission: To provide high-quality education, conduct advanced scientific research, and offer modern medical care in the fields of obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive medicine.

- Professors, associate professors, and assistants with extensive experience in teaching, research, and clinical practice. They publish their research results in prestigious international journals and participate in scientific conferences.
- Obstetrician-gynecologists: practicing physicians with vast experience in performing surgeries, managing pregnancies, and childbirth.
- Researchers: scientists focused on exploring new methods of diagnosis and treatment, as well as developing innovative approaches in obstetrics and gynecology.
The main activities of the department include:
- Educational Activities:
- Training students and interns in the specialty of "Obstetrics and Gynecology" through lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive medicine, and related disciplines.
- Continuing education: organizing courses for doctors to enhance their qualifications and retrain, covering modern diagnostic and treatment methods, and new approaches to pregnancy and childbirth management.
- Developing educational materials: creating textbooks, teaching guides, video materials, and other resources for the education of students, interns, and physicians.
- Scientific Research Activities:
- Conducting research in the fields of obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive medicine.
- Participating in international research programs and projects.
- Publishing scientific articles in national and international journals, textbooks, and more.
- Organizing and participating in scientific conferences, symposia, and seminars.

- Implementing reproductive medicine programs and treating infertility.
- Development and Implementation of New Technologies:
- Introducing the latest diagnostic and treatment methods into clinical practice.
- Using modern technologies in reproductive medicine, including assisted reproductive technologies (ART).
- Educational and Consulting Activities:
- Organizing public awareness events on women's health, family planning, and reproductive health.
- Collaborating with public organizations and the media to disseminate information on disease prevention.

Practical classes and lectures are delivered in both Ukrainian and English. Modern multimedia technologies, online platforms, simulation technologies, electronic resources, databases, and interactive teaching methods are utilized. This ensures a high level of education, interactivity, and accessibility of educational materials, which contributes to improving the quality of education and professional training of future physicians.
Extensive use is made of knowledge testing. Great emphasis is placed on the practical work of students.
The department actively collaborates with other scientific and medical institutions in Ukraine and abroad, promoting the exchange of experience and the implementation of advanced global practices in the educational process and clinical activities.
